With over 13 years of experience, Kane has been at the forefront of recruiting many of the world’s top engineers for a diverse portfolio of clients across Deep-Tech, AI, and technology-driven Hedge Funds. In 2016, Kane launched their first business, Haigh, and successfully grew it to a team of 30 recruiters specializing in data, machine learning, and software engineering. In 2019, Kane founded Search Technology independently, further advancing their mission to connect talent with career-defining opportunities.
Passionate about building teams of recruiters who share a genuine enthusiasm for the tech industry, Kane has mentored many technical recruiters who have become software engineers—a testament to the deep technical understanding cultivated within the team.
