Dean was born and raised in Australia and after completing his degree in Business Commerce, he relocated to London and commenced his career in technology recruitment.
At Search Technology, Dean spearheads the software engineering department and has built an incredibly capable team of seven recruiters, with an impressive track record for sourcing and developing elite Software Engineering teams for some of the most innovative start-ups and companies in the world.
Dean continues to be hands-on with headhunting and recruiting as my leadership responsibilities increase within the company. He is passionate about delivering the most compelling opportunities for engineers and sourcing an exceptionally accurate candidate for each client, saving all parties valuable time. He is often working on opportunities that sit between software engineering, data engineering and machine learning.
Outside of his professional career, Dean loves to travel and see as much of the world as possible. He is a proud dog father to his Pomski Storm and has a young family on the way!
