Daniel Nicholls

Daniel has spent the last decade in the technology recruitment space and has a love for building teams that his clients and himself are seriously proud of.

Daniel predominately specialises in working with individuals who are at the forefront of innovation, specifically within the DevOps, Cloud and Software Engineering / Architecture community. His clients consist of Artificial Intelligence Start-ups, FinTechs, DeepTechs and a small number of carefully selected mature / larger businesses mainly Hedge Funds & Investment Banks.

Should you have an interest in working in Recruitment or have a proven track record in the industry, Daniel is building his team here at Search Technology – He is interested in individuals/recruiters who want to be part of a small team who equally like to operate and recruit with a high level of precision in their approach to headhunting.

Outside of his professional career, Daniel has an obsession with fitness and training for both the mental/physical benefits it aids.

Some of his achievements include; completing the Solomon Serpent Trail Ultra Marathon, the Maverick Run Free Surry Hills Ultra, running 465km’s in a month for the Mind Charity and completing the London Marathon for the Maytree Respite centre last year (3hr 48mins). He is also currently training for the Thames 100km race in September of this year.

After overcoming adversity in his past, Daniel has a passion to help others do the same and support a small number of charities such as Mind, the British Heart Foundation, the Maytree Respite Centre & the Tribe Freedom Foundation.
