Ali holds a Master’s in Clinical Neuroscience from King’s College London and a First in Biomedical Science – an academic path that sparked a lasting fascination with intelligence in all its forms. That curiosity now fuels his work at Search Technology, where he partners with some of the brightest minds in AI to help them navigate bold, high-conviction career moves at the frontier of research and engineering.
His focus spans LLMs, robotics, foundation model infrastructure, and simulation-first learning. Ali is known for diving deep into technical nuance – whether it’s the tradeoffs of RLHF, the challenges of sim2real deployment, or emerging paradigms in multimodal learning. He supports elite-level researchers and engineers across stealth startups, world-class labs, and long-range moonshot teams, always with a sharp eye for fit and ambition.
Before joining Search Technology, Ali ran an independent AI search practice, working globally across software, ML infrastructure, and applied research. He brings a mix of scientific rigour, technical fluency, and a passion for surfacing talent others might overlook.
When he's not immersed in research publications or exploring new developments in AGI research, Ali prioritises fitness and wellbeing – usually found in the gym, balancing out the cognitive load with physical discipline.
