Dean has done a great job working with us to help build out our team. We work with a very small and select group of recruiters, and Dean has been key to us.

Oliver has rich, deep connections with a variety of firms. He knows what he's doing. When he says he knows some firm/team well, he usually really does, and in such cases the firms usually decided to give me at least an initial conversation very shortly after he sent my profile to them. Oliver is super responsive, in many of the cases if it's not in his regular sleeping hours, he responded to me like real-timely. Oliver is very professional as a headhunter, as he follows up with the cases very firmly and pro-actively. He showed his good care to the feedback of each interview conversation, and would like to discuss with me for a long time either over the phone or a video call.
