Oliver has rich, deep connections with a variety of firms. He knows what he's doing. When he says he knows some firm/team well, he usually really does, and in such cases the firms usually decided to give me at least an initial conversation very shortly after he sent my profile to them. Oliver is super responsive, in many of the cases if it's not in his regular sleeping hours, he responded to me like real-timely. Oliver is very professional as a headhunter, as he follows up with the cases very firmly and pro-actively.
