Her journey into AI research recruiting began in 2016, when she built Data Science, Bioinformatics, and Machine Learning teams for Biotech and Pharmaceutical companies in Switzerland. Drawn to the early wave of generative AI, she transitioned into AI startups in 2021, partnering with companies at the forefront of Conversational AI, Speech Technologies, and Neural Translation across DACH and North America.
In 2024, Luchele joined Search Technology, attracted by the firm’s deep expertise in Foundation Models and Frontier AI Research spanning LLMs, VLMs, VLAs, and World Models. Together with her talented team, she tackles the most complex challenges in AI Research hiring—building world-class teams that push the boundaries of what’s possible.
